Sharla Covington brings more than three decades of experience to her role as a Financial Advisor with Starmont Wealth Management, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. Known for her relationship‑driven approach, Sharla partners with individuals and families to help them build confidence in their financial future.

Sharla began her career in 1993 with Edward Jones in Nacogdoches, Texas, and became a Financial Advisor in 2001 with A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. Over the years, she has built a reputation for delivering personalized strategies that reflect each client’s goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance. Her clients value her ability to simplify complex financial decisions and provide clear, actionable guidance.

In 2021, Sharla joined the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network channel and relocated to Dallas to become part of Starmont Wealth Management. While licensed with FINRA in all 50 states, she primarily serves clients throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and East Texas, meeting in person in both Dallas and Nacogdoches.

Sharla earned her BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and maintains both securities registrations and insurance licenses.

Away from work, Sharla enjoys spending time with her son, Conner, and his wife, Emma. She’s an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, biking, and playing pickleball.
